Pre-Purchase Surveys

A comprehensive inspection designed to help buyers make informed decisions before purchasing a vessel.  This includes a detailed review of the boat’s structure, systems, and overall condition to identify any deficiencies, safety concerns, or areas that may require attention.

Insurance Surveys

Surveys completed to support insurance underwriting requirements.  These inspections focus on the vessel’s overall condition, safety, and functionality, along with documentation needed for insurance providers.

Condition and Valuation Surveys

A detailed inspection of the vessel along with an estimated fair market value.  These surveys are commonly used for financing, resale, or general documentation of the vessel’s current condition.

What is Included in a Survey

Every survey includes a thorough evaluation of key components, including:

• Fuel systems
• Safety equipment
• General overall condition

You will also receive digital photos and a written report delivered in a timely manner.

Service Area

I actively service Lake St. Clair, Lake Erie, and Southeast Michigan. If your vessel is located outside of these areas, I am open to additional locations.
